Located in the heart of the Yakima Valley wine country in Washington State, “AprèsVin”, which means “after the wine”, uses the pomace (seeds, skins, and stems) leftover from winemaking to produce artisanal, varietal grape seed oils and nutritious, gluten-free grape seed flours.
